4-STAGE INNOVATION PROCESS
It all starts in our in-house full-stack innovation labs. Here we develop unique food recipes and a variety of prototypes for our projects. This process focuses on ensuring the outstanding holistic experience of a product with regard to taste, smell, texture, look, gut feeling, clean and fairly sourced ingredients, and more.
MINIMUM VIABLE PRODUCT
Once a prototype is approved internally, we move on to the MVP (minimum viable product) stage. We produce samples in small batches and introduce the product to our existing retailer network. Based on the initial learnings at this stage, we refine and improve the product.
The market testing stage involves launching the product on small scale to assess how well it performs in the market and how early consumers respond. If the product is unsuccessful, we rethink it or bring it back to the lab for further development.
MIDSIZE / SCALE PRODUCTION
If the product is successful, we move on to the next stage of production, which is scaling the product up to meet consumer and trade demand. This involves setting up the necessary lines and production processes to ensure the product meets the standards of the market.
