NPD & Prototyping

In our in-house full-stack innovation labs, our food scientists and culinary experts focus on NPD (new product development) of unique and innovative food recipes and prototyping. This part of the process focuses on ensuring the outstanding holistic experience of a product with regard to flavor notes, smell, texture and look goals, nutrition specifications, shelf stability requirements, and more.

MVP & small scale production

At the MVP (minimum viable product) stage, we produce samples in small batches at our in-house pilot plants and offer to introduce the product to our existing retailer network in Europe and the US.

Market testing involves launching the product on small scale to assess how well it performs in the market and how early consumers respond. Based on the learnings at this stage, we can refine and improve the product.

Large scale production

We support brands in scaling up their production to meet consumer and trade demand. This involves using in-house capacity as well as setting up the necessary lines and production processes externally to ensure the product meet the standards of the market.
