LAB

INNOVATION LAB

We have established an Innovation Lab, which focuses on market research and consumer needs in various specific categories. Through this research and close collaboration with our consumers, we develop products customized to address the needs in this category.

MVP

MINIMUM VIABLE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Once a product has been developed, we move on to the MVP (minimum viable product) production stage. This stage involves launching the product on a small scale to assess how well it performs in the market. If the product is unsuccessful, we take it back to the lab for further development.

SCALE

SCALE PRODUCTION

If the product is successful, we move on to the next stage of production, which is scaling the product up to meet consumer and trade demand. This involves setting up the necessary lines and production processes to ensure the product meets the standards of the market.

BIO-ACTIVATION

Bio-activation is a process used in the food industry to create healthier and more nutritious food products. It involves using naturally occurring enzymes, bacteria, or other microorganisms to activate or unlock the nutritional content of a food, usually by breaking down complex molecules into simpler, more easily absorbed forms.

This process increases the bioavailability of essential minerals, vitamins, and other nutrients, making them more accessible to the body. In addition, bio-activation can reduce the amount of unhealthy fats, sugars, and other components in a food product.

PRECISION FERMENTATION

Precision fermentation is a form of fermentation that uses advanced technology and techniques to precisely control and monitor the fermentation process. This includes using temperature, pH, and other environmental factors to achieve a desired outcome. Precision fermentation can be used to produce food products such as alternative dairy.

Precision fermentation can also be used to create probiotic cultures, flavorings, and even nutritional supplements.

By controlling the fermentation process, we can create food products with consistent flavor, texture, and nutrition.

PRECISION REFINING

Precision refining is a process used to produce high-quality, nutritious and clean food products with a consistent level of quality. It involves a series of steps to reduce contaminants, improve flavor, and increase shelf life. This process utilizes sophisticated techniques such as centrifugation, filtration, and distillation in order to remove unwanted components from the food product. The refined product is free from impurities and has a superior taste, texture and appearance. Precision refining is used in the production of high-end products.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

AI (Artificial Intelligence) has the potential to revolutionize the food sector in terms of customer experience and personalization. AI-based tools can be used to collect large amounts of customer data, such as preferences, purchase history, and dietary restrictions, and use it to create personalized experiences. AI-enabled systems can also be used to provide personalized product recommendations and enable automated order processing. AI can also be used to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, as well as helping to manage supply chain logistics.
